I cannot set up a custom logo size

Hi guys. I’m really enjoy working on this theme. I’m new to this so there are some things that I am not familiar with. 

I cannot set up a custom logo size, under the “Stack: Center” header’s layout. 

Under: Global > Logo > Advanced > Height, I can only edit the size of the sticky version of the logo. Not the one that is displayed at the top of every page. 

Changing the size of the file is not working either. 

How can I set up a custom logo size, for the logo that is displayed at the top of every page?

Im working on a local host, btw.
