Red line bottom bar & boxes around footer buttons

Hi can you have a look at www.rennservices.co.uk and the bottom red line on every page how do i change that to the blue I'm using. Tried various names for it. 

I also want to remove the gray blocks around my privacy policy and cookies in the footer.
