Responsive Tiling Issues

Hi there, using Muffin builder I've got a wrap with four columns inside.  When scaled down, the columns don't reduce and jump down to the next row correctly.  See screenshot, it creates a row with one column.  I'd rather it scale down from four columns per row to three (or two), then two, then one.  Does that make sense?  Page is http://ww2.blankenshipassoc.com/wordpress/contact/.  Thanks for your help.

Yes, you're right, it make sense.

Make in a row maximal two columns, it will scale a lot better.
