Hi, I see that this image is not working now.

Change the link and copy this one to your custom CSS field:

.top_bar_left {
background-image:url('https://cms.qz.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/img_2811.jpg?quality=80&strip=all') !important;
background-position:left top;
}
