Rev Slider makes page title dissappear

Hi -

I have several questions but I will separate by topic.  This is the site:  http://cambriainns.website

I notice that when I add a rev slider to a page, then the page title and bread crumbs disappear. Here is the page where that is happening. http://cambriainns.website/?page_id=44 

 I built the page content with the visual editor. I did not tell the page to hide the wp content. How do I get the page title to show?

Hi Stephanie,

theme per default removes subheader section where slider is activated for page. If you want to show subheader on pages with revolution slider, under Theme options > Layout > Header section you must activate "Subheader | Show with Slider" option.
