PLEASE: I Need help with the registration of 2 website with two different license

I registered one to my working domain (domain1), I  used a subsomain o that domain to make another site I bought a new license then i migrated to a domain the one that was in the subdomain, now It dont let me register to new domain and doesn't work in the working domain.
