Problem installing Theme Updates and bundled Plugins "cURL 28" Error

Hello! 

I'm having problems installing the bundled plugins and theme updates.

My Hosting Provider says all is good with the connection, he is able to ping api.muffingroup.com

But i keep getting errors.

Hi,

You can see that this issue is about connection timeout and the problem is not theme related. It is all about the hosting provider. He should already recongnize and amend this issue by looking at the error message.

This is not a new issue, a lot of users have this problem and it always gets fixed with the help on the hosting provider. We assure that the problem is not on our side.

gets zero bytes transferred, so likely here is an issue, but not like mine, i can transfer plenty of bytes

this could be it, but servers already set to 256M

Also, a test downloading 1GB of data worked out perfectly fine, while the stuff from muffingroup errors at 2MB.

Please provide a proper solution for a payed product here.

Please, send me a link to screenshot of the System Status in BeTheme > System Status

But, you should contact your hosting provider again, ask him about firewall or security modules that could block the outgoing cURL requessts.
