Max Blog entries is around 70

It seems after creating 70 blog posts, I can no longer create anymore and the theme uses too much memory to create additional blog posts.

Is this a common issue for this theme ?

  • If it goes beyond this amount when I click "posts" in dashboard it freezes and goes to blank screen, have already been on support for 6 hours. I personally invested many hours increasing max vars, etc. It seems this theme leeches a ton of memory and is unable to handle alot of blog entries.

  • Hi,
Please disable all of the plugins.
Also, make sure that your Theme is up to date.
    Thanks

  • Hello ,

Please note that I have already done the following:

increased max vars, memory limit, php limits.

This occurs under Posts sections once i reached about 75 blog entries the site loads very slowly on the back end and now completely times out when clicking on posts on the dashboard.

I was on the phone with bluehost for 7 hours and they recommended a developer to look at the code it self to see if the code requires optimization on some of the code or something.

We disabled all plugins and as well and issue still occurs.

Where can i download the most recent version?

I updated the theme and the issue still occurs.
  • Hi,

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. • Ok Done and sent.
  • Just an fyi, we hired 1 developer already and they were not able to figure it out.

This is the job on upwork:

    Uses .user.ini

tried to access pages inside of wp dashboard and got a 500 internal
server error, tried to turn on debug mode and got an error: Fatal error:
Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate
    8388616 bytes) in /home2/theinun4/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on
    line 1890

Was told by blue host to hire a web developer to fix this issue and to
look into why the site uses so much memory and to optimize it.

    They narrowed it down to:

"David, I think I narrowed it down to one of the posts. Probably the one
you tried to clone. something in that post is causing an issue. I
checked all the plugins and its not them. The latest posts are on https://theinterstellarplan.com/blog/page/8/
this page errors out with the memory issue the other pages do not. I'll
dig into this in a few hours to try and figure out what it is."

However, this issue is still not resolved.

If you take this job you agree you only are paid if the issue is fixed!
  • Looking for asssitance.
  • Hi,
You didn't send all required informations.
    All you sent is phpinfo.
We typed to you, but you didn't respond, that's why it took a lot of time (proof: https://prnt.sc/kidza8)
Please, increase your PHP_Max_Input_Vars to minimum 5000, if this won't work please, do it again, step by step:
    1. Attach your license key and the WordPress admin login credentials.
    2. Send a link to this discussion, so the email support knows where to look.
    3. Create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file

    Thanks
