Regular wordpress says to go to

First go to Dashboard -> My Blogs.
but this option isn't available for me...

Sorry! I want to give out either a link or an email address to my Reporters so they can write an article and upload it to the blog themselves directly.

Is that possible?

Sorry but we do not have such a option.

You have to send a links for your reporters.

Just public a post on site, then copy and paste a link for this.
