Counter background and title color?

I'm making some changes to my site, certifiedliving.com/CLI4/, but having an issue with the counter.  The whole thing has diagonal gray lines in the background and the text "Inspections performed since 2003!" is gray despite me changing what I thought would have effected it.  Anyone have any guidance where to go to adjust this?
