Prebuilt website installation not working

Hi,

I contact you because I try to install BeShop prebuilt website and I receive a gateway error message.

I already install like 50 betheme on this server and never get any problem at all.

Can you help me?

    Hi there @pokerloict,

    The 504 Gateway Error is NOT caused by BeTheme nor your website.

    A 504 Gateway Error is a result of a server not responding.

    See this article for tips on how to correct the situation:

    Since this error is server side and not client side, you may have to contact your hosting provider to address the error to them.

    A 504 error could be the result of your name servers not being correctly configured, a misconfiguration somewhere in your server, a receiving server being down, anything.
