Theme options reset theirselfs

Hi, we have the following problem with your theme. The Theme option rest theirselfs, after making changes. If we try to use the Backup Tool, it won't change the settings as well.

Hi,

1) Please update your theme to the newest version

2) Disable all of the plugins, clear cache and check again.

3) Send me a screenshot of your System Status in BeTheme > System Status
