Maybe let's try to do it in other way.

Edit wrap with this image and there is an option for "Move Up"

Give this image few pixels amount.

It will work better than giving margin to this text.

If this won't satisfy you, just edit this text wrap and give this a top padding

If you want to make the text take up less space from the sides  and you want to lower it down, then use the padding for the wrap or the column. Just add top and side padding.
