I tried the betheme-options-header - without a positive effect.
breadcrumbs are turned off.

Hi,

if you are using a transparent header then all of the content will go under it. That is normal.

If you want to create a "space" then go to theme options>header&subheader> subheader and add more padding to the subheader, especially top padding.
