Show tags in post editor

Pls, how to show list of used tags in new post editor (right side near column for creating new tags). I would not create always new and new tags, but mainly use alredy created tags...

You have option to show most used tags.

Just click on it.

Or just create tags in Wordpress Dashboard > Tags
