Can i ajust things in the smartphone view without changing the destktop\tablet view?

i was wondering if there is a way to ajust just the smartphoneview of my website.

my prebuilt website "photo" doesnt do that well...

because i didnt find that option... please let me know as soon as possible.

or if there is a plugin that would ajust my website.

Sorry, right now my Home-Page and the portfolio page are under construction...

On the first side of my Website (named Home) they are a slideshow with text.

On my laptop it is fine and nice to see, but on my Smartphone it looks not very good.

Are there any possibilities to make the view on Smartphones better?
