Different Action bar on different page

Hello,

I am using one Action Bar on Home page as GET APP. Now as per the client's requirements, they want to have another action bar as Gift Cards on another page called /gifts page.

Hope this is possible.

This is unfortunately not possible. Only one Action Bar can be set per site.
