My mobile logo flashes the correct size on ipad but then scrunches back to small

I have never had a problem with it before: www.xtremeautodetailnd.com. Usually when I change the logo to a larger size under the Responsive settings, it adjusts it but for some reason on the ipad, it flashes the correct size and then pushes back to be too small with the hamburger menu below it. How do I fix this?

Disable all of the plugins, clear cache and check again.

Jetpack plugin make a lot of issues with our theme.
