Hello,

Our Google Maps map is not working anymore on our website. I read your post "Google post not working" where you give us a link to an article. Nevertheless, I see I can only get a Google Maps API if I register to Google Maps Platform and set up a billing. This is really the first time I see that I need to register my billing to use Google Maps on a Wordpress theme and I've bought a lot of themes. Most themes include the API, so I would like to know why Betheme doesn't.

Hi,

You can use the Basic Map item which not require an API key.

We include the API from Google, but if you want to use an Advanced Maps,

you have to insert your own API Key.

I see only a single MAP item, and my install is relatively recently.

Where do you find the different 'Basic' and 'Advanced' Maps?
Does the advanced have a placeholder for the Google API Javascript?

Is your theme up to date?

Please update it to the newest version of BeTheme.

Then, basic and advanced map item will appear.

hello,

i' using the advanced map and i've insert an API Key few days ago but it still show an error message "for developer purpose only".
This is a theme bug ? (it's work well with basic map.)
