Sticky Menu Jumps when scrolling

Hi. We have a problem with the sticky menu on the following site

http://41.185.8.62/~epsdemoco/

When scroll slowly it jumps. When you are on mobile and scroll down slowly the sticky menu sticks half way then jumps to show the menu.

I can't find why it keeps jumping

Please disable all of the plugins, clear cache of the browser.

Also, please update your theme to the newest version of betheme.
