Background Image on Page not rendering full size

I've watched various videos, read the FAQ, performed Google Search.  I've tried just about every setting I can think of and I can not get the Building Background image to show full height.

I've tried custom CSS   #Building {height: 100%;}

Please edit your page and edit the section with this image.

Scroll down into Section options and tick the "Full Screen" option on.
