Always Toggle-Menu in Header-Style "Classic"

Hello, i searched a lot already and didn't find a solution for this one:

I want a header where the menu ist complete above the rev-slider with a background-color and logo like in header-style "classic", BUT i want always the toggle-menu like in header-style "simple".

I there a way to get this? I'm good css, but my php-skills are very bad. So i could change some lines but can't figure it out by myself.

It require a lot of changes in HTML/PHP

Okay, i see. Is it possible to choose the header-style "simple" and get the #Top-bar at the very top, above the rev-slider and to have a full-width? It would work fine as well...

We do not quite understand what do you want to do, because what you described above matches every header style, like Pablo said.

Only the simple and overlay header styles have a mobile menu button at all times.

Hello, thank you for your answers - maybe it's because i'm not a native english speaker :-)

You're right, only the simple and overlay headers have the mobile menu button, but they don't have the #Top_Bar at the very top of the site - even above the slider - not in front of the slider.
