issue with my site... wont open properly

When i open my portfolio tab i am seeing not the actual portfolio but a blank site with a box that leads me to my portfolio..

I really want to change that please help

When I disable all my plugins and than activate them again, then all settings and changes are gone (slider, contact form 7)?

And where can I find my cache?

Disabling the plugins will not delete/remove any saved content. Please disable them and then test the box in your portfolio, do not turn them on back until you test the issue.

The browser cache can be removed in the browser settings - all depends on your browser.
