I do not understand your question.

You want to see how it's made in Muffin Builder?

Just create subdomain on your server and install second BeTheme there.

You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key, as long as the main domain is registered under the same key.
This also applies to subfolder on localhost installations.

On this subdomain BeTheme install Splash pre-built website and edit it.

Then you'll be able to see how it's made.
