Suddenly moast of my page disappeared???

Hi,

I'm creating a web page that is a one page, and I was almost ready with the page. I just wanted to changing some colors in the menu, and after I had saved and wanted to see how it looked, most of the page was gone!!! What has happened, is it a bug in the theme?

What should I do to get the page back ???
