Color Changes Not Working

Under the Be Theme Options, the colors have stopped updating.  We attempted to change the action bar color, but it stays with the default.  Additionally, we attempted to change the H1 color, and it does not work.  We tried clearing cache, deactivating plugins, using different browser and nothing works.  Any ideas?

Thanks for the guidance.  As requested, the website link is www.premiermagictravel.com.  Note, the action bar background is "black" and the font is "grey".  In the attached screen shot, you can see that I have changed the action bar background to "green" and font to "black".  Despite saving, it does not change on the site.  This is the same with any color that we try and modify under the "colors" option in the Be theme.

Change the Theme Skin to Custom Skin
