Logo disappears

Hi there,

either the normal logo or the sticky header logo disappears. 

Sometimes it works well, sometimes the sticky logo is not shown. After refresh, the sticky

header logo is shown but the normal logo is missing.

Do you have an idea what the problem could be?

unfortunately it doesn't help. is it possible, that the server php version has something to do with it?

I tested it on a couple of browsers, and there is no issue.
But I noticed that you use a Safari with MacOS, so I going to ask you.

Retina logos are uploaded. Still the same issues in chrome and safari on iOS.

But you are right – it must be a retina problem. It works well, when I open a browser on my additional screen which is not retina.

How can I fix this issue?

I use BeTheme on other customer websites too, and they are all working well.
