Theme site migration

Hi. When attempting to deregister my current theme before migration, I get the following message: Referer domain is different than registered domain, and then states that I should contact yourselves.

Could you please advise me as how I go about fixing this issue so I can then migrate my site to a new theme?

My domain is: www.pigeonmediasolutions.co.uk

Thank ýou for the link! Do you have to delete the Bethemes themes from Wordpress before deregistering the purchase code? If so, when going into the themes section on wordpress and clicking on the Bethemes details there doesn't seem to be a delete button at the bottom right where theme delete button is usually located?

You can do it before or after deleting betheme.

But this tool is made usually for domain that doesn't exist anymore.
