After modified Slider Revolution, my whole home page is gone, now everytime I login to GftArt.com I only see blank page. Other page is fine so probably this's not a hosting problem.
Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside, license key, wordpress admin login credentials and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Thanks for sending the information. You did not send us the phpinfo file link. Please create it and send it to us, this way we can chceck your hosting settings. In the previous answer there is a link on how to create this file.
You do not need to share any hosting details for now, just send us an URL to this file you have created.
When we disabled all of your plugins the website was loading fine, so it has to be a server issue, most likely memory limit value. The dashboard shows that the memory limit is high, but hosting companies can often use internal settings which are different. This is why we need the php info file url.
We have tested it with a new slider that we imported from one of our pre-built websites and the page loads fine. So the problem is in your custom made slider.
Most likely, the reason is in the size of the images you have used, one of them has 8mb, that is far too much and it is the reason why the page cannot load. Probably the hosting has a timeout on images that big.
Please make sure you use small sized images, like we do.
What cause the timeout on the server side? because last time I grabbed the image as the layer it was fine to load? but i believe it only cause issue since I setup that image as a background
You would have to ask your hosting provider for assistance here. He should read the logs and tell you why the website did not load when the image in the slider has such a big size.
You do not need to use it as a background, and please go to tinypng.com to compress your png files.
