Transferring server

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to transfer my website from envato hosting to other server.

I pressed "back up", got the zip file and tried to upload it on other server through "Appearance" > Theme > Upload .

But it failed.

May I know how to fix it/ any alternative correct methods?

We recommend to use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

It's easy and it's working fine with BeTheme.
