Theme option reset by it's own automatically.

This issue is been appearing since 2016.

Theme option gets reset automatically without doing any kind of change in theme_option / Dashbord. Please, can you just find a proper solution for this issue? 

I'm facing this issue since long and every time I have manually set every setting once again. If you are not able to fix this issue than give me any other solution so that i won't have to do settings manually everytime.
