Update Broke Portfolio Shortcode Display

I noticed that after I updated my theme, the shortcode that outputs the portfolio items no longer has the items appear properly. They are oddly pushing various items down the page.

This is referencing the portfolio grid item.

After disabling all of the plugins and clearing the cache is this still making issues?

Installing WP Staging to build a dev site and try this, cache clearing doesn't help. But I don't want to disable all plugins on my production site unless it fixes the issue.

Yep, really broken still. I set the Portfolio Grid count up to 8 on the dev site so you can see what the theme update did. https://nethe.rs/dev-site/

The plugins can make issues for your website.

Please disable it.

Hi Pablo,

The Settings you screenshotted are for the Portfolio page which works fine and was not affected by the theme update. The Portfolio Grid item, which is a builder block of BeTheme for Muffin Builder is what changed in the update.

The issue happens with 3+ grid items. See the screenshot 2 and 3 for the backend.

It appears that your wordpress will not generate thumbnails at all. Please send us your FTP, the same way you have sent us wordpress access and remember to attach a link to this disscussion.

Also go to your wordpress>updates, reinstall wordpress and update the theme to the newest version possible.

Let us know when you do that.

Howdy Bryan, I updated Betheme and reinstalled Wordpress 4.9.8. Also, sent the FTP link. 

If you find a solution, please let me know how it was done so I/we can replicate on the live site once its production ready.

We checked and it looks like your Wordpress does not generate thumbnails of any kind.

You can see the catalogue in:

- public_html/wp-content/uploads/2018/09

- https://pasteboard.co/HFwevVrw.png

Even if we switch to the default wordpress theme, the same thing happens. There is somwthing wrong with the hosting in that case. Maybe write/read permissions? You would have to contact your hosting provider.
