How to get flashy menu button in menu bar

Is it in Betheme possible to get an eye catching "click here" button like you see here? https://salubris.be/

Hi,

Whick click here button, I do not see this button.

I suppose, you're talking about Action Button, so

please go to Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras and turn off the Top Bar Right hide option.

Then, insert the title and link of button.
