I forgot to add child theme and have made some modifications

I forgot to add child theme and have made some modifications, now I'm receiving notifications for theme updates and I don't wanna loose the changes I have made. I have made changes:
1. In style.css
2. In betheme optioncs css
3. In visual composer backend display for changes on a particular page
4. May be in functions.php

What should I do now? I have no experience with child theme. Please help me out step by step.
