Webpage subheader

Hi,

I have a black bar the is under the header/navigation bar area. I do not want this to show. Here is the webpage for reference on what I am talking about: http://shchamber.ttt-sites.com/wordpress/archived-meeting-minutes/

How do I get this off?

Hi,

Please go to Theme Options > Layout > Header > Header | Minimalist

and turn this option ON
