Footer is not on the bottom

Dear Support Team

I want the Footer be sticky on the Bottom on every page.

So I set "Theme Options" > "Footer" > "Stick to Bottom if Content is too short"

On all of the wooCommerce pages it does not work:

or

Do you know how I can fix that?

Hi,

this is because you do not habe enough content on the page. Either add some padding in the content or go to theme options>footer and choose the style "stick to bottom" for the footer.

Hi,

Insert some padding is no solution as the Footer is not at the Bottom on automatic generated pages, too.

As I said I did choose the Option "stick to Bottom", but that doesn't change anything.

We have been on your website and we do not see any issue.
Footer is on the bottom, even if we deleted(through CSS) the content.

The footer is sticking to the bottom if the content is too short, as the option says.
We do not understand what you want to achieve.
