Unable to see the comment form

I don't use comments on my site but I'd need to have one page where the visitors can leave a (moderated) comment.

I've created a page where I've enabled comments. This one

but I'm unable to make that page show the comment form and I'm getting mad in trying to understand why.

Can someone give me some help?

Hi,

You cannot enable comments on page.

Comments are enabled for:

- Blog posts

- Portfolio posts

To make comments work, you'll have to change this page to blog or portfolio page.

that's a blog post, not a page, and as you may see, the comment form doesn't appear at all.
