Featured Image

When you create a page and select an image for it, it is not displayed.

The image is the same as it was used before the update, but now done a new installation and activation the featured image is not displayed.

This is the theme I'm using and a page as an example:

Are you talking about the image for this page, not for the content of it?

Please, disable all of the plugins and check again.

There is no plugin installed other than those recommended by the theme. The site is being created from scratch.

I did a reset and started again. In creating and changing the image she appeared, but soon after she disappeared. And even altering it is not appearing. I already moved and I do not know what the problem since neither plugin installed has.

Where did you insert this image?
To display it as a main image of the page, you have to insert it as Subheader | Image or by a new section with the background image with divider item in a wrap of this section.

Feature image in single page is not a main image.

The problem is that after staying over 24 hours working and trying to find the problem I located.

The image you're viewing was after I found the error. Betheme allows you to export pages and import. This works perfectly.

The same does not happen if you export Betheme's own settings (here it did not work) and then there was the error and hid the images I reported.

When using the export function from the previous installation it presented the problem that I reported:

The theme options is transfered and links as well, but the images are not transfered.

You would have to upload and set the images in the theme options again manually.

I was inserting the image manually, but using this import option the image did not appear as I showed on previous prints.

I'm not saying that I used import to import images. Only when using the option to import Betheme settings it disables the display of images.

It will not appear for the featured image. This is a wordpress option to import this file and the theme has really nothing to do with it. It just uses it.

I did this process several times and the one that never showed no problem was when I did not use the Betheme import option.

If you export the Betheme settings and import them, in doing so it was not possible to change the image as described.

What do you mean by "it was not possible to change the image as described."

You couldnt change the featured image in the backend or did it just not appear in the frontend?

The image not showing could be a result of browser or server cache.
