How do I centre content within a column?

I am sure I am being thick but when I add a column how do I get the content to be centered?

eg: I add a full with column then add a video in side it. I want the video to be centred (ie: the content centred)

eg: https://renupaints.com/we-painted-a-tank/  - I want the video to be in the centre.

Please help

Hi,

if you want to center the video elemnt you should place it inside a 1/2 wrap and add a 1/4 wrap and then insert a "placeholder" item inside. This will place the 1/2 wrap in the middle.

I have to say it isn't obvious to do this and placeholders don't always go where you put them.
