Page is not mobile friendly

Hi Support

I have submitted my site https://smarttask.co.uk to Google Search Console but its NOT MOBILE FRIENDLY with the following errors:

1. Viewport not set
2. Text too small to read
3. Clickable elements too close together

I would be very grateful if you can help me fix these errors.

Hi,

1. Do you have the responsive option not disabled in theme options>reposnive?

2. You should make the content text larger if google thinks its small. Your content text is probably set to a low value and when it scales to mobile it becomes very small.

3. Which elements exactly? Maybe there are 2 buttons close to eachother in the content?
