Hi, 

i am using beThemes on several pages and i often have got this issue. I hope you can help?

When i am having an image full screen and then scroll down in some browsers and on tablets and mobile, there is this huge white background.

is there a special setting i can use?

Hi,
This primary image is made not correct.
There is a lot of Custom CSS which make issues.

I suggest you to use a Revolution Slider, it's much more comfortable and gives better effects.
