I can't get my page full width (background color)

I am trying to get a background color in the top row on this page: https://fm.be/home-3/

It is not working: the container is not full width streched. All settings seem fine. Row stretch is turned on ('Stretch row without content'). 

It does function well when I try 'Stretch row and content'. But if I want to strecht without content, it does not stretch at all. 

What is going wrong? 

-> note, this is not my site but a client's, therefore I cannot share login credentials with admin support. Hope you can still help me nevertheless by page inspection. Thanks

Hi,

In Muffin Builder you have to use a "Full Width" option in section and it works, but

you're using a  WPBakery, so please be familiar with this documentation:
