Pre Built Website Agency 2 Content Cannot Be Edited?

I have used other Pre Built Websites on BeTheme with great results, but installed Your Agency 2 website and cannot edit page content.  If I implement Builder>>SEO I can see the content, but editing visually or in text mode and saving / updating does not update the page.  ???   Is this Pre-Built Website supported?

Nevermind, I found muffin builder settings below the usual tinymce editor...
