pre build web

Hello, I'd like to reset my site and change it with a pre-build website, but if I do that, it says "Permission denied. Our sentries tell us that you should not be here. Website owner? If  you think you have reached this message, please contact support."

Please support help me fix this.

Hi,

BeTheme do not have this limitation.

It must be a wordpress limited permissions.

Be sure that you are an admin on your website.

Also, disable all of the plugins, clear cache and check again.
