Wild Apricot membership plugin

Our organization uses Wild Apricot which has a plug-in to integrate with WordPress.  

If I enter this shortcode in the text/visual area, it doesn't block the content made with the builder. 

If I put the opening in a builder column and the closing in a builder column, it doesn't work at all. 

Any chance of getting this shortcode to work with the builder?

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
