How can I remove this part of slider from my pages?

I tried everything, but even though I turn off sliders, I still see this...

Can you please tell me how to get rid of these?

Hi,

Can you provide a link to your website?

I'm not sure if this is a subheader or something else.

Also, please go to Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Subheader and tick the Hide "Subheader" option.
