Can not get domain name.

I am importing a theme (KEBAB) I just want the configuration and it gives me the following error.
Can not get domain name.
How can I fix the problem?

    Hi,
    it is already resolved, it was registered in local installation and had to deregister it first to recognize the domain. Thank you
