Hi,

I would like to hide from search engine the detail pages of images in my media library. Is there a way to do this without a plugin?

Hi,

You want to hide for search engines a link of your image source on pages?

There is no option like this in Theme Options, also we do not have any plugins for this.

Hi

I'm not sure you understand my question... Let me clarify.

When I search "Brave Bunnies" in Google, I get this result before the one that takes the user to the actual page on my website.

This result brings the user to this page:

https://snag.gy/mcTAPG.jpg

which has no content and was generated by the Media Library of Wordpress. I would like to disable the automatic generation of those pages from the library. And that when I search for "Brave Bunnies" (per example), only this result is listed:

https://snag.gy/3mxrli.jpg

which has good SEO and brings the user to the content page http://sardineproductions.com/en/portfolio-item/brave-bunnies/

Hope this clarifies it and that there is a solution. Thanks

Hi,
You can change your permalinks in WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
and if you want to change the SEO Title for specific page, you have to edit a page and fill these text boxes - http://prntscr.com/l2f1bj

Also, to customize global SEO settings, you have to go to Theme Options > SEO

But how can you avoid Media Library to create automatically the detail pages for each image you have in the library?

It creates a sepearate page when you upload an image?

Please disable all of the plugins and check if this happen again.
