How you update theme v 15 to v 20
Hello,
I have one question. What should be the proper way to make a full update. I want to make sure that everything will be OK after updating everything. Also, it there a way in the admin panel of the WP where I can do this? Of the update is by uploading files?

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:

Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
