Remove featured image from testimonials

Hi, I'm trying to remove the featured image from my testimonials because I like how it looks when I embed the photo directly in the testimonial. But even when I don't put in a featured image, it just shows a general thumbnail. How do I get rid of this? 

Also, is there a way to get the testimonials to automatically play?

To remove images from testimonials, you have to use a Custom CSS.
If you don't know how to do it, please send me a link to your website.

Testimonials slider can be turn on in Theme Options > General > Sliders
